CA Nikhil Gupta has been a member of ICAI since 2004, and holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) along with certificate courses on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from ICAI's Digital Accounting and Assurance Board. He handles Bank Audits, PSU Audits and has extensive experience with GST, along with designing internal control systems and advising on project financing. His GST practice extends to appeals and litigation. He has authored various books on Indirect Tax, including “Introduction to GST” and “Indirect Tax Goods & Services Tax”, and has contributed to revising and upgrading the background material on GST, the flagship publication of ICAI’s GST & Indirect Tax Committee. He lectures regularly at ICAI branches and at trade bodies such as Laghu Udyog Bharti and the Sarafa association, and is currently Chairman of the GST Cell of Laghu Udyog Bharti, Agra.
